I had a really interesting experience (and surprising revelation) when Glenn took me to sprint training. Sport and exercise is more his area of expertise than mine, so I tend to default to him for most of it. The idea of testing what my sprint time would be like was just really terrifying to me.
But my sprint tests actually went a lot better than I thought they would. It’s just all of the things that were going on in my mind, but after having followed through, not only did I realise I’m a lot faster than I thought I would be, I’m actually so much more excited to go back and train for the next sprint test.
