
Urgency can work in your favour if you’re looking for the kind that makes you want to take action, that kicks your butt off the couch, that gets you moving, that stops you from wasting your life away.
Unfortunately this “motivating” type of urgency isn’t the only kind. Lately I’ve been feeling a lot more of the disempowering type of urgency.
