
As human beings who are constantly “switched on ” to the world and what everyone else is doing, it’s really easy to get caught up in what success or what a “good day” should look like.
It’s time to rig the “good day” game in your favour.
We need to stop attaching 50 criteria points to meet before we decide it’s a good day.
It can be a good day today because you got off your butt and did a workout (whether it’s your first or the fifth of the week).
It can be a good day today because you were able to slow down and enjoy the company of a loved one over breakfast.
It can be a good day today simply because you woke up, you are here and you have another 24 hours to just be.
