Upon reflecting on my recent goals, I began to get into a state of feeling like I was lagging behind and that by now I should be closer to achieving those goals. This heavy feeling wasn’t benefiting me at all, so I knew I needed to get out of it as soon as I could.
Step 1 was getting out a piece of paper and pen.
Step 2 was getting out my calendar, journal, photos, and anything else that displays what I’ve recently been doing.
