
In today’s #MindsetMinute we’ve got two challenges/reflections in light of the episode yesterday.
I had a moment this morning where I fell into some old thought and behaviour patterns and it led to a feeling of massive overwhelm. These thoughts that were circling through my head though did nothing but make that overwhelming feeling worse.
I know that you cannot totally avoid potentially stressful situations, but the genius that I am somehow decided to invest my time, energy and effort into making that overwhelm even more suffocating.
